My knees hurt.
I did the math and I found out that I still have nine hours free. Plus, the fatigue from exercising for 20 minutes really takes its toll. At least it was twenty minutes. So I decided to do 20 mins of exercising two or three times a day. Once I get more stamina, I'll be raising the bar a little and maybe increase how much time I exercise.
It's funny, really. I was gonna dedicate the whole summer to this and I was crippled the first time. -- By the way, the whole no-computer thing is stupid. Why? Just because. Also, I have nine hours to do whatever I want.
Here's the daily schedule for meh:
1 - 2 hours of exercise 30 mins to an hour of usual stuff (showering, brushing teeth, etc. This kinda varies.) Everything else takes up the rest of the day.
And some chores are there somewhere, so it's 2 - 3 hours. Yikes. Not really as planned. - So in conclusion:
This whole idea collapsed, but I'm still doing it. It's not like I do anything every day. I'm going for it.
